A Grey Multi-Level Evaluation of Industrial Park Ecology Based on a Coefficient of Variation-Attribute Hierarchy Model

China entered a new era, and the construction of an ecological civilization green development has been raised to strategic height. As lifeblood national economy, industrial parks significantly contribute economic growth. However, they also generate significant pollution, damaging environment. It is urgent ecologically transform traditional parks. This requires identifying methods correctly objectively evaluate level parks, provide proposals for government In this study, comprehensive evaluation weight was determined by introducing variation coefficient Attribute Hierarchy Model (AHM). The four representative eco-industrial then quantitatively evaluated using grey multi-level method. as follows. Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area (TEDA) rated at “very good” level; Suzhou park, Dalian technological zone, Fushun mining group were “good” level. Six dimensions studied. Of these, policy management had highest weight, total approached 50%. result shows that can attract innovative enterprises talents through guidance local improve innovation technology cleaner production technology.
